Thanks for your explanations. Did you have to apply for the disconnection of electricity, gas, etc. centrally at the office or with the respective provider? That means a lead time of 2 months should be sufficient.
I had to do everything separately with each provider; they are separate here. But I have already read here that there are also central providers. Gas was a bit difficult. You had to do it online, and the website did not state that they actually need 8 weeks; you only found that out during the deregistration process. I wanted to wait until I knew the exact date and then had a problem because of that, but luckily it was resolved after many phone calls. So best to call everywhere in advance and ask how long they need. You are not allowed to do electricity yourself; the electrician has to do it. We only discussed the routing of the cables with the company carrying out the work.
We didn’t have to do anything with the phone because luckily our connection is located in the garage and remained. They only laid a cable into the house.
