Expected construction costs in Hessen: architect vs contractor

I don't know if there is a regional difference, but I would like to know what price you would estimate or have even experienced yourself when building.

Ground floor 90 sqm
1st floor 150 sqm, of which 30 sqm is below
2nd floor/attic 90 sqm
Basement 120 sqm
Double garage 48 sqm and possibly a single garage 15 sqm

Almost no personal contribution planned. Accessories should be in the mid/high segment.

You probably understand your own language better than you can convey it to others.

In the lower area, 30m² should remain, as for an entrance, hallway, toilet, etc., and from there a staircase should lead to the upper part of the two-family house and fill the remaining 120m² there.
