In comparison (to the surcharge) the prices would apparently still be okay except for the socket. I will communicate it with the architect and see what he says. Thanks to you all and if anyone has any comments, feel free.

Prices from mid-2022 in Saxony-Anhalt directly from the electrician of the developer:

Socket 32.50
Data socket single 131.25
Two-way switch 123.75
One-way switch 66.25
1 built-in LED spotlight 63.75

Of course net prices.

Except for the sockets, I find it cheap considering it is in Düsseldorf and inflation has increased by another 7% since mid-2022.
And he is coming in September... ask others, they will probably also come in September, but 2024.

And that’s why you shouldn’t compare apples and oranges.

Anyone building with a general contractor and having to pay surcharges to their electrician for additional sockets must not forget that as a builder they already pay the general contractor for the standard electrical work according to the construction specification. In this respect, most of the wiring is already in place or chasing has been done to install the standard.

This is a renovation, so the entire basic electrical installation is included in the unit price here.

Therefore, I don’t find it expensive now… I had to pay these €50 to the general contractor in addition to the standard electrical work - in 2013!

Sure? Or gross after all? You are the end customer…

The individual prices usually appear net in an offer, only at the end are the 19% added for the private end consumer.

And which chisel path do we then take if I want to have a socket 2 meters further? Sure, he might then put 2 more sockets on one fuse, but otherwise he doesn’t really save much, especially no work.

Anyway. I just wanted to give a price. Unfortunately, I can’t contribute more to that.

The electrician calculates here using a mixed calculation. How else could it be done? How long should the client wait for his offer if the service is to be charged completely separately (surface-mounted conduit, flush conduit, conduit in empty pipes, conduit in suspended ceiling, switch box in masonry, concrete or stud wall)? It looks similar with the measurement. I would like to see the discussions with the client when it comes to billing. Of course, he earns a bit more on a double socket than on a single socket. Not rarely, however, he even loses money on a single socket depending on where the client wants it.se
