Hi, I am looking for a switch with 16 ports for our new building, which has at least 8 PoE ports. This one from TP Link TL-SG1016PE would be the cheapest one that meets the requirements. I could also get a NETGEAR (GS116PP) for 120€, which is more suitable for small businesses?! Do you have a recommendation? Best regards

The topic of networking is new to me. In the rented apartment, the Fritzbox and a single network cable were sufficient until now.

I have now simply ordered the D-Link DGS-1210-24P for the NanoHDs. It's only a desk model, but everything is going to look messy in my place anyway.

Managed to snag an HD for €130. Aside from the larger volume, does it have any other disadvantages compared to the €155 Nano HD? I would mount it centrally on the ceiling in the OG.

Well, take a look at the technical specifications in the datasheet. I have both in use. Both work.

Think carefully again about whether you really want the wallbox on the outside wall of the house. It is bad if there is a path between the car and the wallbox where the charging cable would always be lying. Have LAN installed to the wallbox as well!
