Electrical planning - sockets

I don't know the Bj system, so my ideas are only through "my perspective."

We only did the electrical planning once the shell of the building was standing.

In the old apartment, we looked at the sockets. Which ones made sense, which ones were pointless.

We forgot the socket next to the front door.

Staircase: The light downstairs can also be switched from upstairs, the light upstairs can also be switched from downstairs. Our electrician didn't understand at all what that was supposed to be good for.

If SAT, then remember the properly installed equipotential bonding! It is often forgotten or poorly installed!

Personally, I have no switches in the house, only push-buttons with dimmers in the distribution (home automation).

What is also quite nice for us: light in the garage and garage door can be controlled by push-buttons from inside the house.
The garage has both Ethernet and SAT. You never know.

Ethernet and SAT in every room, except guest WC and bathroom.

There is a sub-distribution in the garage, into which the external cables go for light, gate, etc.

Outdoor lighting:
- We installed up-down spotlights on the plaster facade.
- My neighbor illuminates his house from below. I like it better. No risk of dirt and somehow it looks really cool!

That’s not an issue. There are double sockets in all room corners.

The issue is more the TV corner
10 sockets + 6 media sockets vs. 4 sockets + 6 media sockets + power strip in the lowboard.

We also have quite a few sockets behind the TV

6 x power
2 x TV
4 x network
2 x audio sockets

And I still had to use multiple power strips in the lowboard because the 6 were not enough
And the same again mirrored, so that you can possibly rearrange the living room
