I have now taken the trouble to scan and upload the heating protocol, even though it has nothing to do with the topic here

It was the same with us. Nothing tore but dried well. We were very busy in this phase drying windows and wiping water drops from the ceilings. Ventilate, ventilate, ventilate. Tip: Buy yourself a window vacuum. It helps tremendously and is great for cleaning windows later.

Well, drying does not solve the mold problem, especially if the mold is already on the back side, would I have the right to a replacement?

Only a lawyer you trust may and can answer that! Rhenish greetings

I'll try the polite way first and clarify this personally with the architect, otherwise I will unfortunately have to involve a lawyer.

Drywall boards will all be replaced at the architect's expense. We were at the house with an expert. Another question: could the battens possibly also be affected by mold, or does it take longer for wood to develop mold?
