so I have some disgusting news,
the architect had told me back then that the entire drywall would be redone after the moisture decreased following the heating being turned up, this was a really dirty trick from him so that I would stop bothering him, today he wrote to me that now that the drywall sheets are dry, the mold can simply be wiped away and everything would be fine, and that the insulation is now affected by moisture, which would be my fault because I supposedly did not ventilate, which is absolute rubbish, I ventilated the house four times daily for 15-20 minutes each time, which worked perfectly, the problem was simply that the attic hatch to the re-insulated attic was not in place, so all the moist warm air migrated into the attic and ran down the gables into the insulation.
In my eyes, the blame clearly lies with him; the house was unheated for 2 months after the drywall was installed, and above all, the attic hatch was the reason for the moisture in the attic.
