Drywall boards mold?

I sent an email to my architect yesterday, no response yet, I’m giving him time until Friday to get back to me to find a solution, otherwise I will unfortunately have to initiate legal action, I don’t tolerate any jokes or excuses when it comes to mold.

PS: The heating was turned up today, for the first 3 days now at 20 degrees flow temperature and then up to 55 degrees in increments of 5.

55 degrees? That high? And why don’t you call the architect if that is so important to you?

I spoke with him on the phone yesterday, his answer was, "Let's sand it down and spray some kind of mold agent on it," which I politely declined, then I went to the construction site and took down a board, yes, the result can be seen in the pictures, I then immediately sent an email to the architect and now I am giving him time until Friday. The fact is the boards have to come down, no ifs or buts. Regarding the 55 degrees, that's what the heating protocol says, I also find 55 degrees a bit too much.

What kind of heating system are you getting installed and with what flow temperature? I was just about to call him after dismantling – you are paying him a lot of money.
