The construction expert is of course right - so the last ~2 weeks it was still easy to ventilate - only currently it is difficult.

On the days when it was around 10 degrees, like yesterday, I also ventilated, unfortunately I don’t have this in writing, but since he is the site manager and also supervises the construction, he must be able to see for himself whether technical heating is necessary, anything else would be refusal to work, I have addressed this with him several times, I have to check, maybe I also sent him an email.

The last two weeks ventilation didn't work either - when the building is unheated (like ours).

I did ventilate regularly, but we also got mold on the panels - sometimes more, sometimes less. Interestingly, mostly on the moisture-resistant panels.

Let's see how it goes with our air heating in combination with the controlled residential ventilation...

Always annoying with the ventilation, the weather rarely cooperates... But I think you can get the panels dry or remove the mold. It's really funny that it's exactly on the [Feuchtraum Platten].

Possibly due to the coating - not much really passes through it, which is why mold forms on the surface while the normal boards are soaked through.

small update, I removed a small panel and as expected it is even much more severely affected than the front side and I only removed one slightly affected panel, I also found a slit on the roof hatch where I was able to take a picture through.
