Does it just look like that or is the insulation wool in front of the vapor barrier? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Above our drywall ceiling, there is an air layer created by the struts. Then comes the vapor barrier (sealed with the distinctive green tape) and above that the insulation wool

I guess it is insulation between rafters

That's how it looks, the 20cm insulation is behind the foil

What is the moisture content of the components?
Is, for example, an electric fan heater and drying equipment running now?

Such things can be rented quickly. Just google Boels. They can be found almost everywhere.

You might want to check Ebay Classifieds instead - or ask the screed layer. I find Boels very expensive.
