I still have a small part where there is no ETICS on it. So far, no finished 55 house. For 120 sqm, with the electricity contract from 01.10., about 40-45€ per month are due (including hot water, controlled residential ventilation present). 22,x degrees indoor temperature. Or rather, would be due. Part of the electricity comes from the photovoltaic system.

Do you know how many kWh of electricity are used for hot water + heating (so not household)? Both from the grid and photovoltaics.

I always needed around 7200-8200 kWh of gas for heating and hot water in the KfW 55 house. I have 5 sqm of solar for hot water on the roof.
