Healthy living and sustainability are often recurring buzzwords there. People may have their own opinions about that. Price-wise, they are then often above the "big ones". But it is also possible without the sometimes seen as problematic OSB boards. Most of them don't even have a catalog standard house. Companies like these build very individually and often very high quality. But of course, there are also small companies for which 's statement applies. You just have to check very carefully.
The companies from the 81fünf network that we have visited and inspected all belonged to the kind I described. I believe with a company from this association you probably can't go wrong.

Our carpenter is part of the network 81fünf and we were very satisfied. However, the network membership was not decisive for the selection.

Not with us either, it turned out that way through the architect.
