I totally agree with both of you.
I just wonder, in the case of the wall construction, if only one component does not harmonize or is too airtight, does the tendentially more expensive wooden construction even make sense at all? Thanks again for the feedback, this way I can roughly narrow down where this is going, because you won’t get to a common denominator anyway.
In case of doubt, the professional will still identify this in time (no, he plans correctly from the start) and then build in such a way that these problems do not occur in the first place. That’s what he is there for.
