This is what the area of the plot is called where the house is allowed to be built. In the case of §34, it is often derived as a "factual building window" from the distance at which the neighboring buildings stand away from the street.

We have a rear property with a 30m access way. It was completely undeveloped. The development, electricity, water, telecommunications cost us a total of about €50K.

We are also building in the Nürnberg area and still need to bring the utilities to the house. We are building at the end of a cul-de-sac and need to reach from the end of the street to the property boundary. That is about 30 meters of path. We have the advantage that we are building a duplex, so the costs are halved for us. The total costs (i.e. DHH1 + DHH2) are approximately:

1. Water connection
Tapping + construction cost contribution: 2,200 euros
Excavation work (opening asphalt, tapping, laying via drilling): 2,500 euros

2. Sewer connection
Drilling through + connection to sewer + connection to inspection shaft: 6,500 euros

3. Electricity connection
House connection cost contribution: 1,300 euros
Length-dependent contribution: 400 euros (64 euros per meter on non-public ground: property boundary -> building wall)
+ x (excavation work on public ground?!)

4. Telephone connection
Still open, but according to Telekom about 750 euros.

5. Construction road
Excavator work + cellular concrete: 3,000 euros

So far a total of 16,650 euros for 30 meters.

2. Sewer Connection
Breaking through + connection to sewer + connection to inspection shaft: 6,500 euros

Breaking through wastewater over the length never meets the exact slope, the pipe cleaner will be your friend.
After one/two years the trench will be opened and the line will be relaid at your expense.
Happened several times in our street and up to 50cm reverse slope found.

Thanks for the hint. I will clarify that once again with our building savings contract. Nothing has been drilled through yet. Funny enough, one of my friends is actually a drain cleaner/sewer inspector :)

The penetrating body was deflected by stones, ask if the penetrator guarantees the slope and pays for blockages, the cleanest solution is to dig a trench and have all the pipes laid in, with spacing, necessary depth and slope
