Development costs for a plot in the second row

We are also building in the Nuremberg area and still have to bring the utilities up to the house. We are building on an extension of a cul-de-sac and have to get from the end of the street to the property boundary. That is about 30 meters of path. We have the advantage that we are building a duplex, so the costs are halved for us. The total costs (i.e. DHH1+DHH2) are roughly:

Altogether so far 16,650 euros for 30 meters.

Are those the total costs or per semi-detached house? 16,000€ as total costs seems a bit low to me.

"N-ergie-netz GmbH" has published prices up to 20m and up to 40m on their site. If I add electricity and water together, I already come to about 11,000€.

Did you separate the water again into fresh and wastewater (sewage)? N-ergie does not do that. :-(

Costs are total costs. The costs do not yet include earthworks on public land for the power connection. I would generally estimate about the same costs as for the water connection, since both are located at roughly the same distance from the property and both are carried out by the same subcontractor on behalf of the local municipal utilities (not N-Ergie).

The costs for water are broken down: water connection = fresh water, sewer connection = mixed water.

there is a short update. We have now received the prices and services from the local provider. They will dig the trench and lay the lines for fresh water and electricity at their own expense. We will then only pay for the connection to the house and will be back in the "normal" range (up to 20m). ProHaus incurs costs of approximately €10,000 here. Additional costs for wastewater will apply. The offers are still pending.

Yes, actually. I was totally surprised myself that the local provider digs the trench on private property themselves. I asked about all the upcoming costs and that was the answer. A second offer is in the works.

One is at €26,000, the other at around €30,000.
I assume that the costs of the [Tiefbauer] will be shared.

In summary, one can say:

1. local energy supplier: €10,000
2. [Tiefbauer]: €15,000
3. telecommunications: €800
