Aha. So you are one of those well-known internet scammers who try to infiltrate the trust of kind-hearted builders. As an exception, I will NOT report you....... provided we split 70:30. Meeting point in the underground garage, identifying sign blue thumb from nailing the roof sheathing

As a non-profit association, I am not allowed to work with hypocritical characters, sorry....

......and what if I present myself as a respectable dignitary of the church? Although....you said that "hypocritical" is not allowed. Too bad.

What strikes me right now: hypocritical - halo. Somehow strange, the German language.

I see it a bit like Ybias. The whole discussion is, for my taste, way too factual and focused on the worst-case scenario. If it is already such a conceivable situation for you that you might go separate ways someday, and you both want to prepare for that, then I would wait with the joint property and first sort out the emotional side. For us, joint property only works with joint finances. We took out a loan in both of our names, pay it from our joint account. I had his child growing inside me, he is currently working full-time so that I can spend the first time with the little one. Family is about give and take, and since I have my husband and my son in my life, I have only understood how little "I" and how much "we" I am capable of thinking. I had more capital for the house construction than he did at the beginning. I threw everything into the loan. Even if I had saved ten times as much, I would have done that. At the end of the day, money is just money; it has much less to do with luck than you might think at first glance. Maybe I have just watched too many cheesy movies, no idea. Of course, there is never the forever guarantee. But life is much happier when you prefer to assume the good rather than the bad.
