There must be a nest here. Already the second one today that has a structural planning error by the [GU] or architect.

Why go to court when the error and its cause are obvious? It goes without saying that the structural analysis will be recalculated, and the client will certainly demand that. The planner must, by the way, provide the structurally sound proof in any case...

Hi
what does the further construction of the floor look like?
or is the concrete the finished floor?

Up to twenty centimeters of deviation, I would have still gone along with the shutter board excuse, but at seventy centimeters the guy probably doesn't recognize his own plan in reality. With such little sense of dimensions, one is practically professionally unfit as an architect.

probably a 10cm wide slit in the floor has no structural significance. possibly less depth in cm might be sufficient, depending on the ground construction. of course, it's annoying when the architect is also your assessor. a second independent opinion would definitely have been better.

what of course is absolutely not acceptable is the floor height increase. in new construction under no circumstances! I might consider something like that for 30,000€, but not for the small amount of money they might possibly pay. then rather a new base slab, although that won't be necessary here.

incorrectly installed pipes occur quite often.

Even a 20cm deviation should actually be noticed by an architect and make them think of measuring it again. After all, that's what [Schnurgerüst & Co] are for...
