The building area can be seen in the middle. However, due to an extension on house no. 7 (not visible here), the buildable area is limited to 6.40x13 m. The development plan stipulates the construction of a semi-detached house to curb the "extensive unauthorized residential development" in the hinterland of the properties :D.

So you see, my neighbor would also have to build a semi-detached house, but she has no interest and would rather have a large plot. I agreed with her that I will build with a basement so that she would have no restrictions for her future building project. If excavations are made on her property during the construction, she wouldn't mind. She actually doesn't care about anything. She is just happy for us ;).

Thank you. Say, could you write me a PM with whom you are building?

Best regards

very small and local in the Zollernalbkreis - that probably won't help you much? He only builds 15 houses a year - of course it depends on which area you live in :D

Hi,
of course a semi-detached house is not more expensive than a detached house.
But if two are built at the same time by the same [BU], there is certainly potential for savings.

So you are building on part of parcel 318, next to the garage of house No. 7, must keep a distance from it, and the neighbor owns 317, which she would rather keep as a garden?

Firstly, that will not have been a "consultant," but a salesperson.

Secondly, the order book will be so full that the company is just trying it out. Maybe you'll bite, otherwise no big deal....

Take the plans (without prices) and ask two local solid house builders what it would cost them for the same performance. Or does prefab housing have a special reason?

So you really want to build a "semi-detached house standing free" for an indefinite period or possibly even permanently? I can hardly imagine how you could make that look visually appealing. It looks as if the neighboring house has just been demolished after a fire damage, doesn't it? The plot of land would have to be the proverbial lottery jackpot for me to agree to such a makeshift arrangement.
