That also seems overpriced to me. Who is your semi-detached house partner building with?

Hi,
seems quite expensive to me as well, and that for KFW55, there should be more possible.
Definitely get other offers as well.

I thank you all for the answers. I am now convinced that this is a defensive offer. Maybe the project is simply too small for the seller to want to take it on. Our neighbor unfortunately does not want to build. The semi-detached house would therefore be detached. Could that drive the price up that much? But actually, only the fire protection wall would be added.

Hi, well, I think when two semi-detached houses are built at the same time by a construction company, it will be significantly cheaper. The planning costs, site setup, logistics effort, civil engineering, etc. will not simply double. So the share for each will certainly be lower. And only 1 [Dixi Klo] needs to be set up. Be careful with semi-detached houses. The wall between the two houses is normally not intended as an external wall and, for example, is poorly insulated. You will have to upgrade this wall accordingly and later partially dismantle it again when the other half comes.
