One boy and one girl. So sooner or later there will probably be disagreements. Number 3 will definitely be the same gender as one of the two. I have to process everything and we’re looking around. Currently, the four of us sleep in one room.

Sorry if I say this to you so directly now, but you’re fooling yourself. A few pages earlier you want to get away from shifts but nicely include the money from them. Here you write that you are expecting more money after your studies. Are you aware that you will be an entry-level professional? Unless you are studying medicine, I would assume for now that you will at most get what you currently receive with all the allowances. Those will disappear without “shifts.” Please don’t be mad at me, but it seems to me that you are painting your financial and professional situation in a very rosy light. I don’t understand why you’re in such a hurry... I would really recommend that you at least save up the additional costs first. That shouldn’t be hard for you, although I find it somewhat strange that you’d rather sink your saved money into a (new) car for over 30k when the house is actually priority number one. I think you’re getting yourself stuck in something.

Yeah, I’m always surprised by the sizes of over 160/200 sqm. But to each their own.
We have a 50+ sqm open space. When partying, they stand skin to skin at our small standing table in the kitchen area: you don’t need a big place for the best party. And if not everything runs smoothly in everyday life, you at least see each other sometimes—I think that’s good. 109 also works. 130 better. 150 even better

But that won’t last long: everyone needs privacy for their development.

The house priority apparently only exists since there was trouble with the landlord again two weeks ago. That’s why I think too many emotions make the rest of the world look rose-colored here.

Even though I share the same opinion that the numbers are much too optimistic, there is still hope that things can actually be better in x years. But there are so many unknown variables regarding new job, salary, children, etc., that really only waiting until the expected conditions have arrived helps. Fortunately, new equity should also be available then.

I know my comments about finances were unwelcome, but I don’t mean that at all in a bad way. You have good prospects, just only in several years.
