Yes, regarding building, I understand that it won’t work out now.
We will continue to look at existing properties. I don’t want to buy ONLY because of the Baukindergeld.
If we don’t find anything regarding existing properties, because of the leftovers, until 2022, building might be back in the running?!
Equity capital is of course being saved at all times!

I have to admit we currently have nothing in our basement except the bikes and original packaging from the TV etc., because that makes moving easier. But our basement here is also soaking wet.
I still have to think about it and simply see it live to have a visual understanding.

No, she didn't. I will ask again in due course. She said easily 250,000. But yes, those were just words. And with a rate of 900/1000 euros and no remaining debt after 30 years. For example, I definitely don’t see 500,000 with us, not even in x years.

You simply don't know that beforehand. If you are basically open to both, it just increases the chance of finding something. And you have to be able to seize the opportunity when day X suddenly comes.

can only ever warn. Everything is way too tight. Also an immense risk in case of job loss, etc. So far these are only estimated costs.

I do not see a new build here with a volume of 450-500k
