Construction performance description from the favorite - Is something missing?

I admit we initially had a floor plan in mind, but actually all the contractors can only represent that unsatisfactorily, here one should really build with an architect I think, for that prefab house providers seem rather unsuitable

I don't understand: you want to build with a stone stacker, and I advised against individual planning. What was supposedly unsatisfactorily representable about that, you are still withholding the visual idea from us.

You don't need to hold back with that well, I consider that very bold. I predict that in 1-2 years the use of wells for gardening will be prohibited.

I wouldn't endorse that prediction. Who is supposed to control that?

They all have their own wells. In established villages and settlements, nobody has a cistern unless it is required or necessary, but everyone has a well if it is at all feasible.

It can sometimes still be sensible to have a cistern next to a well. In some places, the groundwater is very hard or contains iron. Not all plants tolerate that well. Rainwater is nice and soft. The previous owner of my property had a well and nevertheless a 3-4 m³ cistern. The water there is full of iron and also quite calcareous.
