I don’t know if it’s wise to do that because you never know who is reading...

Unfortunately, the plot does not allow me free choice of the provider :/

And then you still have the choice of several providers? That is unusual. Or are the providers all just two sides of the same coin?

No, there is a "pool" from which you may talk to any provider you want, but one of them must be chosen.

One was premium-priced, so out after the first offer.

One was good, unfortunately still simpler and yet 15% more expensive.

One was great, but he is not allowed to build there because "his" number of plots has already been sold.

Our favorite.

And then there was one who directly told me that he doesn't deal with such small stuff and can't do anything for us.

How do you want to know that? Sewage shaft: must too! A cistern is a simple shaft that you don't see, but simply collects rainwater underground... but if that is also not allowed for you, the municipality should tell you what is possible. The general contractor is also a contact person regarding alternatives.

I have seen this with several acquaintances or they use a cistern there, I find it unnecessary... Sure, it doesn't take up direct space and then you have water for the garden... We are more the black thumb faction... To be honest, not much will grow with us

Of course we will talk to the general contractor about it, knowing a bit beforehand doesn't hurt ;) otherwise they like to say "you don't need to worry about that, we'll manage"... So I always think it will be expensive then

I am beginning to understand. But that can also mean that if your favorite has already concluded a contract with another plot buyer before you, his dance card is also full and you only have two providers left to "choose" from.
