Hüttig and Rompf specialize in the construction areas and did that for us. Our main bank couldn't keep up.

Can the credit conditions also be related to [Schufa]? After moving and applying for 2 credit cards for the vacation, the score dropped significantly. At about 94%. The credit cards have been canceled but the score has not yet been updated.

Well, generally it's not ideal to put all your eggs in one basket (intermediary). As far as I know, the Schufa score has nothing to do with the interest rates. I have now read everything again. Your creditworthiness is probably the problem. For the loan amount, you simply earn too little in my opinion. You can also tell by the fact that you have only agreed to a 2% repayment. I assume that for a higher repayment, the bank's household budget simply wouldn't have fit anymore. Against this background, I would say the conditions suit you. You are basically getting about the worst terms currently available on the market. Basically, you can almost be glad that anyone is financing this project for you at all. :)

That could of course be the case. That’s why the question is whether we should rather wait another 2-3 years, save up equity, and have higher salaries. Unfortunately, my crystal ball does not tell me how high the interest rates will be then.

In principle yes with Schufa, but not because of the credit cards. That's standard nowadays.

Difficult. Actually only those who are currently financing a similar amount with similar income and similar equity.
I would just go directly to Interhyp.

That also surprised me a lot. But it definitely dropped sharply right after the credit cards were registered. I have a Schufa access and can track it exactly by day.
