Yes, of course. That's why I only calculated the increase through experience levels that are fixed for both of us and not the contractual salary increases, which roughly correspond to inflation. Those will be added later. Also, a promotion is to be expected for my wife. But that would be speculation and is therefore not included. I only calculate income that is actually fixed as of today. Or am I overlooking something?

It is a balance of costs and returns. It can make sense to use money to pay off debts if it is worthwhile considering the costs, i.e., interest. Conversely, it can be worthwhile to invest money if the return is high enough.

Yes, in this case the interest on the car loan is higher than the return to be achieved. I don’t really see it that way with special repayments.

Ok, financing is removed. Following are inspections/TÜV/repairs/tires… Cars are money pits with a hole in the bottom. ;) You have the advisor right in the house for the insurance.
