yes, 0.75 should be enough, for the terrace side 1 m or more is of course nice, but that is a matter of taste. Many prefabricated house providers only have 25-30 cm there, so 0.75 is great. You seem to be covered for the water connection. I would definitely run an electrical cable to the end or the farthest point for the garden. Whether for lighting or sockets, it does not matter at first. Later you regret such small things. I assume you have already planned sockets for the garage as well? Thanks We are extending the mezzanine to a total of 2.5m over the terrace. This creates a roof for the terrace and a balcony above it. Garage is taken into account. I will take care of the power supply for the outdoor area. I hadn’t thought of that yet. More ideas are welcome. Sometimes you can’t see the forest for the trees.
