We have inquired about price reductions in case we want to cut something. There is also an item for the sanitary sampling planned in the extras. I don't know which series right now.

Regarding the incidental construction costs, I have requested prices from the utilities/municipality. I should maybe add that the plot has already been surveyed and the wastewater sewer is also already in place. The building ground causes no problems. Report is available.

Are the earthworks really completely included in the house price? No matter what comes?

The earthworks include stripping the topsoil (0.5m) & filling and compacting (0.8m) of the building structure. According to the report, this is sufficient. Or am I seeing something wrong?

If there is an expert opinion and it has been taken into account, then that seems to fit.

I find the calculation realistic, at least better than mine. I would possibly still check/enlarge roof overhangs and consider additional external connections in the garden (water/electricity). The standard connection is usually directly at the house... oh yes, just as an idea: a cistern for garden irrigation might be interesting in a few years. Excavation and concrete cistern 3-5 sqm do not cost the world...

The roof overhang is 0.75m, that should be enough, right?

We have planned an outdoor tap in front of and behind the house (with a separate water meter) and two outdoor sockets each.
