Thank you for the feedback! I now have a few updates also after consulting with the developer. The designation "Kfw 70 efficiency house (Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 - without tightened requirements)" is meant to indicate that construction is according to the initial Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 and not according to the version valid since 2016, the Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 in its "tightened version." Otherwise, the latest version would be the KFW 55 house. As far as I understood it correctly, it is as follows. The Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 had a reference building with an annual primary energy demand of 100%. The KfW 70 house had, in comparison, an annual primary energy demand of 70%. The tightened Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 that has been in effect since 2016 still uses the same reference building of 100% but has higher requirements for primary energy demand and insulation. Thus, the KfW 70 house only meets the minimum requirements here in comparison and corresponds to 100%, but it is still allowed to be built because it does not exceed that. As a new KfW house under this standard, there is the KfW 55 house. Excerpt concerning the tightening of the Energy Saving Ordinance 2014: "The KfW Efficiency House 70 is no longer subsidized and now corresponds to the reference house."
