There is a difference of 25 percent less primary energy demand and 20 percent higher thermal insulation between the Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 and the currently valid Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 (tightened version) or also called Energy Saving Ordinance 2016, valid since 01.01.2016.
The question now is, if the current Energy Saving Ordinance is not meant in the construction service description but the old one, who will bear the additional costs and how high are they? Or rather, how should we approach the provider for clarification? Here I have read something about 4-20% additional costs, which is of course crucial for financing and also the overall project. Because building is definitely only allowed according to the new standard.
