We do understand our calculation very well. It's just that we couldn't make sense of the numbers from the bank and the financer. It only meant that they never matched 1:1 mathematically.
Our calculation even fits well with that of the bank. The only problem is that the additional costs from the already mentioned equipment costs, outdoor facilities, fees, etc. were summarized.
The end result for us is the amount of the loan that was also approved for us. And how the financer or the bank professionally (which should be the case, that's why as laymen we turn to professionals and they both also earn from us) put these numbers on paper only interests me to a limited extent.
We submitted a proper, accurate list, very detailed with individual items that I briefly "touched on" above. What we need and what we have...
If the financer and the bank both have problems putting this properly on paper, that is only a limited problem.
In other words, you buy a car in red and get it in green.... of course in the end you make up for the mistake that happened, but basically you as a customer did not make a mistake.
