Thanks Axel first of all for the response, well our house builder hasn't really given us a nice design yet. And the ones I attached don't look great. I thought maybe someone has photographed similar window fronts or has experience with them. The windows face north-north-east and have a bit of sun in the morning. I'm considering whether to take narrower ones at the bottom and maybe double windows at the top. I wanted to get some inspiration here, if possible, and measurements are rarely shown in photos on the internet. The rooms in that spot would be a children's room and bathroom, upstairs and downstairs would also be bathroom and utility room. Wishing everyone a happy Easter. Ps I don't know if square is always that great :-)))

For us, on the ground floor from west to east it is: 2 x kitchen, 1 x pantry, 1 x bathroom and on the upper floor 2 x bathroom.

Maybe you should simply let go of the often misleading term StadtVILLA, so as not to fall into an inappropriate comparison with a real villa. You are building a completely normal house and hopefully have set the windows appropriately from the inside. That’s what matters, not whether from the outside one would suspect a real villa. Don’t stress yourself. If the windows fit your floor plan from the inside, then everything is okay.

If you don't like it, then ask differently ;) In any case, the DIN for the living room (children's room) should be observed. A room in the north already gets less light than a south-facing window. But I would first take care of the floor plan itself – a children's room in the north doesn't have to be, I see the bedroom there more.

The first response from hits the nail precisely on the head. Do not forego light and quality inside to satisfy an external appearance.
