Can Ikea assemblers cut the countertop cleanly?

should I have my countertop cut beforehand at the hardware store, or do the Ikea installers do it just as precisely? Has anyone perhaps already had experience? Thanks!

if you have booked a kitchen installation and also bought the countertops at Ikea, the installers will/should deliver a proper job. Otherwise, you still have the possibility to complain about the installation.
If you have a third-party countertop, they can refuse the installation or possibly install it for an additional charge, depending on the installer and the hour. If you had the Ikea or third-party countertop "prepared" at a hardware store, it may also be that they refuse the installation because they can no longer guarantee their work.

Sounds a bit complicated, but the installers are supposed to strictly follow the given work plans. Anything they do beyond that, e.g. even without charging extra, is pure kindness.
