Bungalow for 2 persons but space...

And yes .. eating and cooking somehow belong together ... and every celebration ends in the kitchen. And so the room in my place is beautifully flooded with light from east to west light. And the living area is a bit more secluded and quieter.

Should the entrance be from the bottom of the plan? And should that symbolize a staircase? That doesn’t fit. And where is the wardrobe? 20 sqm hallway, but when you enter a 1m-wide corridor.

Kitchen .. not so favorable.

Hardly any cupboard space in the bedroom.

Technical utility room will be practically full with building services and passage area as well as washing machine/dryer.

Storage space therefore really poor.

Yes, the brown block is the "staircase," or rather the reserve for it, although we are slowly reaching the point where we no longer consider a staircase... The utility room is definitely smaller but the wall space for placement is nearly identical to the first floor plan at 6m. The entrance is at the bottom of the plan and the arrow is roughly correct. The wardrobe is in front of the guest WC and under the "staircase."

An open kitchen is out of the question?

An open kitchen is not an option?

No, we do not want the smells in the living room.
