Bungalow for 2 persons but space...

I just registered because my floor plan looks similar. I think the current floor plan is already quite good.

Maybe space for a larger utility room could be created by reducing the entrance area.

Does the bedroom definitely have to be on the south side?

I also don’t like the angles in the living room. Is the space for the TV only symbolically represented?

Yes, the bedroom is supposed to face south; it also has a floor-to-ceiling window for that.
The TV should go on the wall facing the covered terrace and at the front of the living room is the dining area,
from there you can look into the kitchen through the open sliding door.
The angle in the living room was also like that in the contractor’s example and, as mentioned, it brings some light into the dining area.
