Our "new" design looks like this: The development regulations would be maximally utilized with the 9m long carport. In the south/western area there is a rainwater channel (stream) with a gravel path for pedestrians and cyclists. To the west, separated by the gravel path, is a playground. To the north is the street and only to the east the neighboring property. The total plot is 719 sqm.
