Read through that. We do not know what preferences you have (except for an open design) and how the property is situated. We also do not know the development plan with the floor area ratio. The budget also plays a role in whether one builds a right-angled building or a U-shape. There are architectural designs of bungalows that have features combining openness with zoning, let light in through open gables in unfavorable property locations, or combine different roof shapes. Of course, you cannot compare these with standard 0815 L-shape bungalows. However, if I already go into the expensive category of planning a bungalow and also have access from the south, then the house should be well thought-out. This also includes a well-developed knowledge of fundamentals in design to get the optimum out of it.

Are you sure you have this knowledge and can relieve the building planner of this preliminary work?

What part of the garage is already available? Only the garage section or also what you want to use as a technical room? Has it already been clarified that the connections work there?

Hello,

there is no development plan. We were thinking of around 250,000 with a lot of own effort. We do not want to take the work away from the planner, but already get an overview (ideas) of how we can build best.
The garage and the utility room are already there. In addition, the connections are already available. Thanks for any tips.

Wouldn't that be incorrect if the design comes from a building planner? It also seems more like you bought a program and then happily started clicking away.

It should also be noted that you are building for yourselves and not for the many forum members who bring their very special preferences as ideas into the discussion. If you are happy with your thoughts in terms of content, then it doesn't matter if the majority here would possibly do it differently. ;)

Hello,

we have not been to the builder yet. We have an appointment next week. Here is a draft again. Do you have any tips for improvement? Thank you

Yes, exactly three serious tips: 1. Throw away your plan. 2. Write down your desired room program, your requirements, and set your budget. 3. Go to an architect or planner who knows about this. Otherwise, it won't work.
