Good day house building friends,

after numerous catalogs and floor plans, we came across 2 floor plans in this forum that we like significantly better than those from the catalogs.
Can you give a recommendation on the plot linked below as to which floor plan is the most sensible?

Development plan.....not available /restrictions
Plot size.....1400 sqm
Slope.....no
Floor area ratio.....0.4
Floor space index: 2
Building window, building line and boundary: 3m
Number of parking spaces: double garage
Roof shape: 25-55 degrees

Maximum heights/limits
Further specifications

Requirements of the builders
Style, roof shape, building type.....bungalow with hip or gable roof
Number of people, age....2 adults and one child
Space requirements on ground floor, upper floor.....see floor plan
Open kitchen, kitchen island.....kitchen island
Number of dining seats.....6-10
Fireplace: yes

Many thanks to the forum members for providing the floor plans. We have tried to modify them amateurishly according to our ideas.
Would you recommend a different building type?

The direct neighbor has built a 1 1/2 storey house directly on the 3m boundary. We do not yet know which house will be built on the available plot to the south.

All floor plans still have to be mirrored since we logically want the entrance directly on the street. The garage should be placed directly on the boundary to the neighbor.

And that would be the red rectangle?

The southern one doesn’t belong to you?
Which one, or in other words: where is your plot?

Then do that. Mirror the floor plan and show the plot, preferably place it to scale where you can imagine it.
Both floor plan drafts have their weaknesses. But you should know them because you copied the floor plans here from the posts.
So there is no need to elaborate on the shortcomings here anymore. The forum community is silent after a certain point, especially if one is being built.
Only one thing: the second is completely out of the question (with a child), as there is no privacy at all, not even in the toilet, and a amateurish attempt, the first one with the open kitchen, as you imagine it, at least has a dining area.
Ultimately, the plot must be known.

Even if the respective builders don't want to hear it, neither floor plan is a "hit." Furthermore, one plans HIS floor plan on HIS OWN plot and does not simply copy and paste. We therefore "need" a "wish list/filled-out questionnaire" and plot...

Thank you for the input,
So about the plot:
Red: The outline will be our future plot. Length 42m, width 33m
Green: I have shown the plot where we have no information about what is going to be built there.
Blue: A one-and-a-half-story house is currently being built. Directly on the 3m building line. Only 2 small windows facing our plot.

We are simply having trouble determining where best to place which bungalow type/shape (L or angled bungalow). (center, left, right). Intuitively, we would also build directly on the border with the neighbor to enjoy the view of the open garden of almost 42m.

How does the future southern neighbor access their property and does the piece east of you and the southern neighbor below the turning circle remain free?

It will be a local access road. I have inserted it once. We are the last property. Nothing more to the east (only fields). To the south of us, only the one already sold property. Below that, only fields as well.
