Hello,
So according to the unanimous opinion here "waste of money".
Everyone reads what they want to understand
The development plan only allows a building of about 70sqm of floor area - but with an upper floor and a converted attic. In total, you get about 140sqm of living space.
Sorry, I don’t understand .... ground floor + upper floor + converted attic and then 140 sqm floor area?
So now I am supposed to explain where I can wash laundry, where to install heating, where to store groceries, where to store winter/summer clothes, etc. That would have only been possible with immense deterioration of living quality.
Counter-question: what do people do who currently cannot afford a basement? Isn’t it more the case that a sensible room layout should be the "A" and "O" of any planning?
The questions about with or without basement are so individual,
Agreed.
that a blanket answer isn’t possible -
Agreed once again.
even if maybe in NW everyone builds without and in BY everyone with,...
This statement is actually almost correct – at least based on the results from my side job
Rhenish greetings
