Building stone by stone - Is starting construction in November risky?

The bricklayers are giving their all with every trick in the book to at least pour concrete where there is concrete to pour. They don't do masonry below 5 degrees. But for concreting, the surfaces and reinforcements of the garage and terrace were heated with gas burners, wooden formwork was used, everything was covered and insulated for several days and kept at temperature, etc. They are also under a bit of time pressure now. Tomorrow the ceiling will be laid, and over the weekend I will be laying the empty conduits for the electricity in the snowstorm.....
