Anhydrite requires even less residual moisture when glued for parquet floors, for example!!! Just google it.

I was even told by my construction manager to plan for 12 weeks since we want to lay vinyl in the living and sleeping rooms. But in the end, only precise measuring really helps...

Who calculates so tight, please...? And I consider the claim that anhydrite screed dries faster to be a rumor. It already consists of more than 50% water at the beginning.
How do you do it in the bathrooms? I suppose you won't be laying laminate there.

We were told 8 weeks was already sporty and not quite usual. My house provider never plans tile installation faster than 9-10 weeks after the screed is laid. If you want it faster, you have to order cement screed.

Our schedule states that it takes about 5 - 8 weeks after the house framing until the final inspection takes place, meaning: The tiles in the bathrooms are laid. Our construction manager mentioned 8 - 11 weeks in total. That would work out great for us.

Of course not. Tiles will go in there.

The screed in our house is - at least superficially - already nicely dry. It has been exactly 1 week today. Also, there is not much moisture noticeable in the house. Maybe they added an accelerator.

On the surface, you can't judge anything.... It was dry with us too... but woe if you ever left a box on the floor overnight... then the box on the floor was wet the next day.

The underlying layers also have to dry, you can't see that. Later the tiler will measure at the marked spots.

But I find it very confusing that the air is not humid with you... the moisture from the screed has to go somewhere, and that would be the air... according to that, your screed is not drying???
