I would also leave the windows in place without concern (and we have made most of our money with renovation windows). The only thing worth a small inquiry for me are the condensation shadows on the gable facade. If I were interested in this property, I would research the reason for the sale. The location alone should not be it; you can easily get away from the middle of nowhere via the A45, and there is still work around Siegen.

The location would be perfect regarding the connection to work, and it is somewhat secluded there as well. Maybe a car passes by every hour or so.
Now it would be interesting to know what ancillary costs to expect with 180 KWh/m²... so the ones that are really realistic..
