Build new or buy an old house?

I don't find any of that important. Then just pay them a flat 400 with all the junk. I think the sauna looks cool, I'd jump right in. In an area where you estimate 410,000€ for a bare new build without a basement with 154m² living space, I find 400k for a significantly larger house with a great living basement and apparently also a better location a bargain. If you also find the kitchen 'keepable,' that saves you a lot of money again. You can easily spend 20k on a new one. I’m not even talking about the outdoor area. The neighborhood is probably quieter than in the new build.
