However, I find that neither the kitchen nor the sauna nor the fireplace give a rundown impression. And if the sauna room is otherwise not needed for you, then the sauna wouldn’t be bad either. If necessary, just for resale.

Everything is definitely still in good condition. Unfortunately, we don't know yet what they want for it. I would definitely be interested in all things. Let's wait and see what it costs :,D Maybe not too much

Yes, it said 180. You can nicely calculate it then. But we weren't sure how accurate it actually is...

You always write only 70000/75000 euros for the land in option 1 (i.e. new build) .... how many square meters would that be? Because the good 800 sqm in the "old building" is also a nice size.
