Apartment buildings and semi-detached houses are deliberately not wanted. Only granny flats, which make up about 1/3 of the area, are allowed

A few pieces of information: The rear building boundary must not be exceeded with regard to parking spaces. Parking in the front garden is not allowed. Exception: Houses with one residential unit may have a parking space in the front garden, located on the driveway. Nothing is stated about houses with two residential units; in that case, the HBO applies, meaning all parking spaces must be arranged so that no space has to be crossed further.
