We have space for three parking spots. Two in a row on the side and one crosswise in front in the front garden. But no parking spots are allowed in a row and none in the front garden. And that breaks our neck.. or rather the dream of living with 3 generations.

That is bad if you are already planning. At least roughly it should be clear what you want and what goes where.

You can certainly also have the application changed at the KfW and remove one residential unit. They are certainly happy about every extra euro ;)
