You can read all the regulations on the kfw website, in the forum, or in the corresponding brochures/pdfs. It's best to take 10 minutes and familiarize yourself with the matter. Just so you know, the building application doesn’t really matter. The date that everything revolves around is the project start (e.g. the first groundbreaking). This year we will still submit the building application and the kfw application starting from April 1st, provided that construction starts in the spring.
