It is still not on the main website, but if you look deeper, under the above-mentioned link - you can see the conditions. KFW 55 - 10 years fixed rate 0.75% 20 years fixed rate 1.3% 30 years term / 20 years fixed rate 1.5% good, right? At my bank I get the rest for 1.85% (20 years fixed interest rate as full repayment) with a subsidy of 0.25% from the KFW conditions.
