On a "normal" single-family house plot, I wouldn’t have had anything to think about/object to.

Ha, as a layman you don’t know what’s coming and certainty takes until the survey is done. Construction start in danger? Building permit still valid?
Sleepless nights would be overstated, but it costs time and nerves. Especially those uncomprehending general contractors and shell builders who dismiss everything as no big deal. Anyway, we stick to the fact that it’s incalculable.

I had thought about something like that too. Funny in hindsight.

127.50€ net. The trip was <20km.

I read it differently (in subjunctive). The sentences after it explain why it didn’t come to that.
Though German was never my favorite subject.

Good idea. Although it's a pity for the colleagues on site. If the planner does not have the actually existing gap on site measured before planning begins, it's his own fault. That's what I meant by the worn mirror. How do you want to quantify the damage caused by the reduced width? I understand what you mean, but in the end it was only half as bad.

Here for your information is the surveying protocol (GU's of the neighbor): - The insulation of the floor slab was then removed. - There remained the deviation of the building corners from our measurement of max. 1.5 cm. Which exactly corresponds to the measurement tolerance mentioned by escorda.

As an outsider, one wonders whether people have gone crazy.

With the costs for replacement, for example. If I can only put the car in the garage and not hang the winter tires on the wall as well, I incur costs for the tire hotel. If bicycles can no longer be pushed past the car, I need a separate bicycle box (possibly along with costs for an exemption if the development plan does not actually provide for this). Personally, I would ram my builder unceremoniously into the ground if, because of him, I had to open my car door like a raw egg every time (and lose another ten pounds to squeeze through). In my eyes, a construction-width garage is the Waterloo of the little man anyway. In my garage, I want to be able to open my car door without having to think of a running gag from Kottan ermittelt.

? I don't believe a judge would go along with that. Depending on political bias, they might even see added value, since the Macan no longer 'fits,' but only an e.Go.
