Is leasing seriously worth it for less than 3 years? After one year, you're already looking for a car and test driving again.

I would never go over 2-3 years with an e-car. Since development is progressing so quickly (and the car is so cheap), you have a new car every two years. The trade-off—slightly lower rate versus always having a new car—makes a long contract simply not worthwhile.
I also don't "look" for the car again and again, but rather watch the price. They are all quite comparable—e-cars.

The topic of cars can be viewed in as many different ways as one wants. For me, it is a gut-feeling topic and the gut then explains to the head why the decision was "good". has pretty clear ideas about what he wants – a small electric vehicle with a discreet appearance (not flashy) that he can drive worry-free for the near future at fixed monthly costs with as little risk as possible. Since it is not possible to link offers here, I cannot help further than naming a possible model and the associated leasing rate. I also thought of the Hyundai Ioniq and the Jeep Avenger – both available for under €180 without a down payment with 5,000 km per month.

I have now also shortlisted the Inster and it has even overtaken the R5 in my mental ranking. The R5 is prettier and sportier, but the Inster is more practical and in a certain way smarter. Honestly, if I were a car, I would probably be an Inster. :D

That's funny. If I were a car, I would be a heavy vehicle with good-natured characteristics, not sporty but with powerful torque, very suitable for long distances but with a small luggage compartment.

An old Volvo sedan? Definitely sounds like a nice choice
