The question now is: Is something broken on the panel? Cracks? Otherwise: it can happen.

You can just google that... in one case the land belongs to him for the time being and in the other to you.... and what kind of stupid statement is that the pictures there are not enough she saw that the truck was on it the pictures have a date what is that supposed to mean

It would now be her task to determine whether there is a problem with the slab or not.

If you now have to find an expert who looks at the slab what exactly does she do then

According to Google

"A developer is a company that produces residential and commercial properties for commercial distribution. A key aspect of the developer's activity is that the developer transfers ownership of both the land (or land-equivalent rights) and the building constructed on it to the buyer."

"The general contractor (GC) usually provides all construction services for the erection of a building. The building is therefore mostly constructed turnkey by the GC (turnkey construction). This form of construction contract, as a type of contract for work, is called a general contractor contract."

As mentioned, with the developer you don't have much to influence, maybe with the floor plan and the equipment, but that's about it.

Regarding the foundation slab

I believe if you don't visually see any dents or tire marks, it is not a problem; concrete has the property of repairing itself. Small cracks close again. Even if the foundation slab has warped, it will harden and the screed will compensate for the unevenness.

: Yes, that is the question. From above, I see nothing except the now covered, broken formwork and some crumbled base slab at the edge where the truck drove on it.
What is happening inside the base slab I cannot judge. If I could, I would be happy.

: Ah, okay. Then we are building with a general contractor (I was not familiar with the abbreviation GC as first and hopefully last builder).
We are glad about the reports from the construction experts (also with listed notes and defects), but unfortunately, there was nothing more than the reports and a few reassuring words.

: Ok, thanks. Tire tracks are definitely not visible. I didn’t find any dents either, except for many uneven spots, which probably came from the sand shoveled onto the cover tarp.
Still, I have a stomach ache about it (maybe unfounded). You spend a nice six-figure sum and that’s how other people’s "property" is treated. If only the earthworks contractor had already been finished... then no one would have been in the way.

I just don’t get why he had to drive on it despite having a grapple arm? But I don’t see it as critically as you do. No cracks, no problem. It’s annoying to see something like that, but the base slab looks good for 18 hours of curing time. It would have been better for you not to have known about it.

Probably just laziness. From there he can unload nicely in all directions without having to maneuver again.
